ABOUT ME

Hey, I’m Dan Jagoda.

A certified Psychologist & Self-Discovery Enthusiast.

I was born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany, studied psychology, marketing, and brain sciences. I lived in Frankfurt, Berlin, London, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv and it is fair to say that I am a self-proclaimed expert of adapting to change and throwing myself in uncertain situations.

With 10+ years of experience in psychology, marketing, brain sciences and research my strength is to conceptualise, to plan and execute and to bring visions to life. I help others create the person that they want to be and the life they want to live.

I believe that you can take your life into your own hands. Sometimes, all it takes is good guidance and a good support system.

You provide the idea, I provide the strategy. I am an expert listener. I listen to understand. An in-depth understanding of your values, your thoughts and emotions will enable me to build a roadmap tailored to your individual needs.

The core of my work is based on

  • Compassion & Honesty
  • The identification of your strengths, weaknesses  and main values
  • An in-depth understanding of your personality, thoughts and emotions
  • Understanding the source of your suffering to build a solid strategy to get you back in the driver’s seat of your own life

I combine traditional talk therapy, with modern cognitive-behavioural approaches. As a sports enthusiast I believe in committed action, resilience, discipline and a healthy life-style. With a creative mindset, I am a mood board and mind map fanatic. Together, we structure and organise your thoughts and figure out how to create the person that you want to be and the life that you want to live.

I believe that everyone has a unique story to tell and I am excited to hear yours.
